Avoidance of repeat admissions for high-risk patients via a home visit 24 - 72 hours post-discharge from hospital. Team evaluates gaps in care plan and makes the appropriate adjustments to ensure a smooth, safe transition from hospital to home. They bring all the tools and technology needed to treat most non-life-threatening emergencies.

It entirely depends upon your existing health insurance plan. While most of the health insurance companies in India cover preventive health check-up as well as home health care cost (in total or partial), we would be able to guide you best once you share the details of your health Insurance policy.
