Dr. Amit Kachalia serves as CEO for LifeSetu Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and brings more than 10 years of high level executive leadership experience to the company.
Dr. Kachalia has practiced clinically in India and US, and has pioneered creation of sustainable integrated healthcare delivery systems with proven reductions in cost of care, while improving quality and outcomes which are directly linked to population health.
Prior to this role, Dr. Kachalia served as Senior VP of TeamHealth which is the largest physician staffing company in the world, and had oversight of more than 125 emergency medicine, inpatient medicine, ICU and post acute programs.
Dr. Kachalia completed his MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi Medical College in India, before completing his Internal Medicine residnecy from Mount Sinai NY. Dr. Kachalia also holds an MBA from Auburn University, USA and has also received the designation of Certified Physician Executive from the American Association for Physician Leadership.

As COO and Managing Director of the Company, Dr. Yogesh Dukare brings more than a decade of operational and clinical experience having led in numerous senior executive positions across healthcare strategy, consulting, marketing and technology development.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Dukare has worked with Dr. Reddy’s lab, Glenmark Pharma, THB, and has led successful development of integrated IT systems in India, Middle East and Asia. His work has helped create seamless transitions in care between various clinical teams, ensuring reductions in gaps within care delivery system.
Dr. Dukare has completed his MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi Medical College and holds a MBA from IIM, Lucknow.
VP - Finance & Accounts
Priyanka, our VP – Finance, comes with rich experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, compliance & controls. She has previously worked with HDFC Bank, one of the largest banks in India. Priyanka has completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.
