As CEO and Managing Director of the Company, Dr. Yogesh Dukare brings more than a decade of operational and clinical experience having led in numerous senior executive positions across healthcare strategy, consulting, marketing and technology development.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Dukare has worked with Dr. Reddy’s lab, Glenmark Pharma, THB, and has led successful development of integrated IT systems in India, Middle East and Asia. His work has helped create seamless transitions in care between various clinical teams, ensuring reductions in gaps within care delivery system.
Dr. Dukare has completed his MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi Medical College and holds a MBA from IIM, Lucknow.

Dr. Amit has an impressive academic portfolio, including a critical care research presentation at the American Journal of Respiratory & Critical Care Medicine in San Francisco and serving as Editor for the Journal of Lung Health & Diseases, Michigan.
